Our world today, is all about balance. Work life balance. Training balance. Balance in all aspects. Balance balance balance.
The average Korean, works 12 hours a day. Average Singaporean, 13 hours. Average Malaysian, 12 hours. Average Chinese, heaven knows how long.
This isn't research based. This is me, seeing my mates, myself coming back at 10pm every night working on our businesses and jobs, thankfully outsourced from foreign countries. We are thankful to have work.
At least we have offices. Our parents, worked in factories.

Chen Jingkai, often known as the grandfather of Chinese weightlifting, had doctors tell him 3x that if he ever lifted a weight again, he'd be paralysed forever. He, then broke 20 over world records in weightlifting.
His thought is this;
"When I stop lifting, that is when I'm truly broken. If I continue, I will never be broken."
Just work harder.
